Hey lovlies! So, I was doing my daily crunches two days ago I realised something! Whenever I get halfway through a crunch, the skin on my sides (around the middle of my ribcage) gets really bumpy and flabby. Most the time it isn't like that, but I checked it out and sometimes it stays like that, usually when I'm at a certian angle. It's almost like a non-perm cellulite on my sides. its actually really gross. do you think I could do those side crunches (switching back from side to side) to get rid of it?

here's what you can do to help it.
lay on your back, lay both legs to one side not forcing the movement. do crunches like this bringing your body straight up to a crunch leaving the legs relaxed to one side. do both sides. do as many crunches as you can until you build to 100 on each side.
also do side stretches when you are finished. this will help with soreness and stiffness. this will keep the muscle lengthened and relaxed.
this exericise should help with the "love handles." looks. you probably don't even have them but this is a good full abdominal exercise along with regular crunches. also do leg lifts for an even muscualar work out.
the oblique muscles is what you should feel when doing this work out.
good luck and hope this helps. :)
