i don't know what it is if it's hormones or medication slowing me down but i am having a lot of off days where i can't get that last umph. i don't know why. i take vitamins i eat healthy but i just have no energy. any ideas
i am on an antidepressant but have been for 2 years now, it's never bothered me, os that's why i am thinking it's hormones. could that be possible? does anyone else get really tired right before their monthly cycle?
gosh it stinks, i hate it!! i just want to balance out already. lol

Yes, your horomones can mess with you like that. When I have wierd cycles, which happens a lot, I just feel drained completely for about three days. If it keeps up I would see the doc about it. Gotta take care of yourself girlie! ;)

Depends on what medications you are on, and I know you're on so many different ones. I'm sure your dictor are monitoring these though, so if you think you are getting less energized after starting a new medication, that could be the answer.

Hormones can also contribute, as Rika says. Especially before your monhtlies.

actually summer i got off most of my meds. i am only on an antidepressant and geodon. i got off all the other crap they had me on. the 2 i need for now because of the depression i had but other than that its' been my hormones i guess.
they are very uncontrolable right now. they are freaking out on a daily basis then it goes away. lol
so yes, it's gotta be that.
thanks so much for your ladies insight. :)
i will continue to take my vitamins. i guess my body is having a hard time balancing out after what i have been through. it will get better though in time. i hope i lose this weight before i see my friend in september. :)

I know for me, I can count on fatigue 4-5 days before my cycle..It's like clock work! I definitely think it's hormonal because my fatigue feels like the kind I had in the early stages of pregnancy..ICK! Evening Primrose Oil supplements are supposed to be helpful for hormonal shifts..Ummm..I just have to remember to take them..LOL!

I'm the same way! Can't work up the energy or desire to work out (but I force myself to) and I want to eat everything in sight!

Have you gone off them recently? that might affect your mood/hormones.
