can anyone reccomend some inner thigh exercises that i can do at home? that'd be awesome~thx a ton.

seriously....mine are. i had a post about my thighs once and Lara gave great advise. The consensus was plies...

it works on all parts of the body, but moslty it concentrates on legs and abs. i like jennifer kries. she does an awesome job showing how to do the moves. soon after 4 weeks you will see results. i use her method cardio with weights. this one is a realy work out. lol

jump squats and leg lifts are your best friend. for jump squats, jump straight in the air, keeping your body streamlined and together, and land in a squat. immediatly explode into another jump. try maybe ten in row, then build from that, they get very tiring! these will strengthen your whole leg area, but are great for thighs, and they will make your butt look awseome! for leg lifts, grab something your can hold onto at about arm level (or if u have good balance and strength, just hold your ams in a t while doing this). stand straight, and lift one of your legs to the side as high as you can. snap it back down as quick as you can, then whip it back up. do about 10 per leg, then build from that. in cheerleading we do these to improve our toe touch jumps, they are very effective and will sculpt both your quads and inner thighs! have fun! :o
