I was wondering if anyone has used or knows anything about these exercise videos? I almost ordered it the other night (again, if anyone read my other post while working the graveyard shift), but decided not to when the operator told me it was a continual membership, and not just a one time purchase. I was curious about it, since I bought a stability ball a month or so ago, but don't know many exercises to do with it. So, I searched on ebay and found one of the videos, Give Me 20, for sale and purchased it. However, it has yet to arrive. If anyone knows anything about the Core Secrets system, I would be interested in hearing your opinion of it.

Mine didn't come from graveyard shift but from when I had too much Smirnoff Citrus Twist, wireless internet, and an open credit card. LOL I was watching all the infomercials and that's the item on which I fixated! I LOVE IT though. I like the membership, and you can cancel it at any time. The ball was useless to me since I have a regular 65 cm. and a 55 cm (I'm too short for the 65 one for most exercises but I still like it for others) so I gave the ball to my friend but I have the workouts and that's what I wanted. For some reason now the cost is almost $50 every two months, but $25 a month is still cheaper than many gym memberships. Even the Give Me 20 is challenging. I think you'd like the whole set, if balance ball workouts are your thing. These have weight training AND aerobics and sort of a pilates type stretching. And, on an aesthetic level, looking at Gunnar for 20 minutes or more is a calorie-free-yet-delicious part of your exercise routine. Some of the other workouts are core burning, ab assault, and others of those nature. If you amortize the cost, it's really quite worth it, IMO. I haven't had a bad workout from them at all.
