The Fall fashions are starting to be seen in stores and in catalogs. Anyone seriously lemming after Fall Fashions? If so, what looks really exciting for this Fall? :)

So far what I've seen that shrugs are in!!!!! Aeropatle (however you spell it) has a ton of new fall stuff!!! Trust me I'm your gal for fashion!!!!! :)

seems like anything goes. from blue to red zebra stripes seems to be fine by me. i love the sequence on teh shirts i bought one the other day it is so cute. its' blue. i have my eyes on those crinkle skirts. i got one.
see in florida its jeans and tanks all year. so we dont' see much of fall colors. we get winter and summer. lol lol which i don't mind at all.

browns, dusty pink, gold and teal are big this fall. of course the boots over pants look will rein again, so id find yourself a nice looking pair of skinny jeans so you can fit your boots over them. shrugs, puffy vests and furlined fall jackets will be fairly popular. and of course as with this summer layering will be big! for instance i bought a brown longsleeved shirt made out of a nylon material and them i bought lots of brighter colored t's tanks and various other tupes of shirts to wear overtop and then a shrug, the shirt should go past the pantline and then topped off with a flashy belt. personally i go for the bohemian/ethnic look. jewlery is the best way to top off the outfit....long beaded necklaces that can wrap around your neck twice are very popular along with a big purse and catchy earrings. i think accosories are going to be the biggest thing this fall.

I want cowboy boots......don't ask me why but I saw a cute pair of suede ones at Nordies that I want. Hmm.....maybe mom can use her discount to get them for me? I am pretty basic and not super trendy I tend to go for more classic stuff but lately I have been into ethnic jewelry so I want more of that and a cute sweater shrug.

Funny..I was looking at the Nordstrom's catalog the other day and had the same strange urge for cowboy boots..LOL! I am also interested in a lot of the new stuff that's India-inspired..I like that kind of stuff..Glitzy like a Moroccan princess :rolleyes:

Cowboy boots here too! I specifically want red ones, like Ariel had in the movie Footloose, but I don't want to spend too much on them. Not sure if I'll find any...

i saw a couple at jcpenny's that i really want. or a pants suite with jacket. i always need something nice to go out in. you never know when you will be asked to go to dinner or a wedding. lol

Here jackets are very in, chocolate brown, and light champange colors.

A shrug is like a 'half top' lol You can get short sleeved or long sleeved shrugs. They're basically just the sleeves of a shirt that you can slip on over a tank top that cover your arms and part of your back. Some of them tie in the front. HTH

morrocan-style shoes that also look like ballet slippers are in (love my brown pair with colorful studs here and there)... long cardigans with that wrap-around belt we've seen last fall/winter are still in... cowboy boots and corduroy jackets and pants are hot items this season... if you're looking for bargains, then go to OLD NAVY and Payless Shoe Source - good luck!

The 60s look is making a come-back with floral patterns and pop-art style prints and make-up. Also, black is back (as always). Cowboy is back too, prairie skirts, cowboy boots, leather (in any form) and brown suede boots. Shoes/Boots-wise, I'm seeing a lot of suede generally in creams and browns with fur-trim and pom-poms on the ankle-boots. With leather boots, its knee-length with interesting detail down the side.

i also noticed taht a lot of jeans are coming with a western style belt. i think that's kind of neat too. :)

my dad still has those polyester shirts from the 60's and 70's. i can't believe he hasn't thrown them away. they are so old. they are older than me. lol lol lol taht's scary. he is a pack rat. lo lollolololol

I saw these Yves St Laurent black patent leather (or brown suede) platform loafer-heels. I was in love. I've seen them at Nordstrom and Saks and such. And in quite a few mags. I just drool. I'm waiting for the Macy's knockoffs to come out!

I am completely in love with the Russian inspired stuff I've seen in magazines. I really want a long coat with embroidery but can't afford it right now. :( I'll have to satisfy my craving with something cheaper but just as embroidered!

I just bought some "cowboy boots" at www. Sheplers.com click on womens boots then go to fashion or western boots. I bought the Brown rhinestone boot for $99.43, I saw them in a store for $169 SAME BOOT! Then I went back lastnight and ordered a pair for black harmless slouch cowboy boots there price is $68.94 with shipping in the same store that I saw the other ones they had them for $99.00.
Let me know whick ones you guys buy! :)
