I use this in my hair, which is super curly/frizzy thick and unmanageable and it is wonderful, makes your hair soft and easier to comb (for me anyways) on word of advice, start with a little and add more as needed. They also make a cholesterol that is great as a deep conditioning treatment, it smells a little funny but works great for me. If your hair isn't very dry it might make it a little greasy. HTH
