its really starting to annoy me. for the last month i ate really healthy and i never shed a pound. then the last 2 weeks i havnt hardly ate at all.......not because im avoiding food, but ive been places where they dont serve many vegitarian dishes or i run out of time with work and extra curr activities, im sitll eating a meal a day just not as much as i normally would. and i hhavnt lost a pound. i lost some weight before and im using the weight watchers program and im still eating healthy? whats wrong? its really bothering me with summer comming up and grad escorting.....what should i do? any never fail foods or something? im just so frustrated......

Don't worry, keep it up. Everybody hits a static phase after the first couple of weeks. You've done really well and lost a few pounds a few weeks ago already. I believe you're also doing workouts. Maybe you're just building muscle mass, and remember that muscle wears 3 times more than fat. So your weight might not change, but your body may have. Guide your progress with a tape measure rather than a weighing machine. Is your trousers feeling slight loose? You may be on the right track!!

Also, your body is adjusting to your new lifestyle. Give it time!! I'm sure Lara may help you some more about varying your workout slightly to jump start your body.
