i just bought this walk away the pounds video. has anybody tried it ? did it work?

Leslie Sansone is great!!!!!! I mean you don't walk away 30 pounds, but it tones you up and you feel so much better. My parents even did it together it was so cute. My mom felt so good about her self...shes motivating and keeps you moving. I'd reccommend it. But make sure you get all the videos so u won't get bored with the same one. You'll find urself memorizing exactly what she says on the tape....believe me!

i used to speed walk. 10 minutes per mile. a good pace. that is the best way to tighten the calves and hamstrings, a little on the quads. dont' do much for the upper body. but if you moderate doing 10 minutes fast then slow your speed then fast again for 10 mintues. etc. until you reached 3 or 4 miles. the idea is to elevate the heart rate a bit. not much just a bit.
also in the hot days you know the malls are open early before people are there specifially for walking... then your dont' get so hot. :)
have fun but i will say you will feel better. :)
bring a walman or mp3 player with your favorite songs and go to town. time will fly.
