Anyone has bought Mally Beauty Shimmer,Shape and Glow Face?? How is it? I am getting chubbier and my face becomes round and I need something to shape / contour my face (the easiest way). This Mally Beauty comes in a palette which I like. I would like to know if anyone has tried this product. Give me some review please:) Thanks!
P.s- any tips for reducing chubbiness?

Hello Rinie, I have this pallette and it is wonderful. I use it everyday no matter what. It's very easy to use and the result is magnificent. It really makes your face look very slim and sculpted. The only thing is the blush is a very light and you can hardly see it. Other than that it's a great buy.
I already have stuff like it. And I think this is the stuff that makes J.Lo's face look so hard lately (there is something about the shimmer that I just don't like and I notice it in her recent pics and now on my own face when I wear her kit, it makes my skin look kind of rough). It now matches that fur wearing personality of hers. Don't get me wrong, it is nice (the kit) but I just think it is all that great. JMHO. Like one poster (I think she liked the kit) said the blush doesn't show in one kit but in the other kit it is much stronger (almost too strong). So you are kind of caught between a rock and a hard place (I had to buy both kits to make it work). I think Mally's makeup can be too loud depending on what you buy (except the lipglosses). I've returned most of the stuff back to QVC and I think I might even return the lip glosses. Problem is, they are good but I already have stuff like it and they weren't much different (and I don't like the invisible lip pencil thing (I really don't think it works.). Oh well, I can save the money anyway. I think this is the last time I go all out for some makeup. What kind of color are you? ARe you medium/dark or light medium. :o Also, I noticed in some reviews on makeup alley that a person mentioned that the kit had removable pans (I assume to substitute with new product) but strangely enough they are not selling individual pans at this time so what would be the point (I hope they have that planned for the future, it definitely would help with the color strength dilema.

The only products I've purchased from Mally were the eyeshadow pallette in Brownstone (I think that's the name), all 4 lipglosses, the highlighter wand and the face pallete. So far I really like the eyeshadows and the wand. As for the lip glosses well.....I don't care for the "lip fence" lip liner and the glosses are a little more sheer than I'd like. Also I don't like the smell and taste of them either. The face pallette is nice but I have a feeling once I get Scott's I will be returning Mally's. I will also be returning the glosses. Too bad. :(
that lip fence thing is garbage and I really don't need any of her stuff cause of already got some great colors. You can use Tender by Lorac or Walnut by Stila to create the same look and those don't smell. On me the face palette just makes my face look dingy. My skin usually glows and this just doesn't work at all. You have just reinstilled my courage to return the rest of that stuff. I like the shadow palette, I have brownstone too (I like that one but I will say that if you have Stila's kitten and Dark and Barefoot Contessa, you can achieve the same effect) and considered getting skyscraper but I noticed that the all over color for the lid is a silver gray which would look like too much if you know what I mean ;)

I'm glad I am not the only one with the same issues. A lot of your reviews have helped me out a ton. I never really posted much before but I did lurk once in a while (just a little shy :p ) and your advice was always so helpful. :)
honestly, I just wasn't wild about most of her products. There wasn't anything special about them and nothing set them apart from anything else. I love Scott Barnes but I like other products too that are just as good. I found more things in the Victoria's Secret line that I liked than I did in Mally's. Mally uses too much makeup on her clients and doesn't let what is underneath shine through, plus it never looks blended (please forgive me for tearing down her style). Her style of makeup was always something I wanted to avoid, wearing too much and looking too old and haggard. I know a lot of people love Beyonce's makeup but upclose it looks overdone (her blush just sits right on her cheeks and isn't blended, it looks like her face has just been layered in makeup most of the time which is a terrible thing for a woman so young or any age for that matter) and now JLo looks the same way (cause all that stuff and especially that powder foundation looks to heavy on her face, it makes her skin look dry and withered and old, not a good look at all, plus if her skin is dry it won't give her the dewy glow she use to have.). JMHO, sorry if I offend anyone but it is just the way I feel. :o
