Poll: Clothing after Winning the Lottery

If you've got that winning lottery ticket, what clothing would you buy? Would you keep wearing the same kind of clothes you wear now or dress up more? :)

But if I ever actually won, I'd still dress the same, only I could afford better brands and much more of it!

Roberto Cavalli would be one I'd have to go nuts with. But I have to say I'd have a lot of vintage style clothing custom made.

I'd DEFINITELY have ALL my jeans custom made too! :mad:

And shoes! Yes...shoes! I'd be a maniac with those too!

Gosh..that's a loaded question!!! I would first expand my closet, then fill a whole wall with just shoes, another one with bags, and go nuts with the rest!!! Do you remember Karen's closet in Will and Grace? I want that!!!!

I would probably still keep my old clothes. I have a lot of favourite pieces!! Of course, then I would hit the stores and fill the rest up! Marc Jacobs, Prada, Armani, Valentino...aahhh.....

i woudl have my trendy clothes and my elegant gowns in seperate closets. lol but i think i'd still shop in teh same places for my comfy clothes.

Oh boy! I would go crazy nuts winning the lotto! LOL! First, I would have my body liposuctioned and then call Valentino to design me some clothes. I am with Kiki tho~ I would have classic suits, outfits, etc..designed in Vintage! I would want clothes with elegance, sophistication, flattering lines..Much the way designer's did in the 40's/50's ;) Then I would go and raid the Manolo Blahnik factory for shoes!!!

First thing I would do would be to hop on a plane... no wait, a private jet, 'cause I have money to spend! And I'd go to New York, Milan, Paris, all the top place. Goodness knows you can't buy good quality designer stuff in Winnipeg, Canada! We have Holt, but they're definitely limited on quantity. I would get lots of classic stuff, like dresses and nice work clothes. Although if I had won the lottery, who needs to go to work! But mainly clothes that won't go out of style in 2 minutes (I may have won the lottery, but I still can't blow $500 on a pair of shoes that I'll only wear once).

OK, here's what I'd do: First, I'd go to a consultant to see what sort of clothes I should be buying and then we'd go shopping together. That way, I'd know I'd spend my money wisely.

But at this age, while I would dress up more often, comfort would have to be a factor.

I am a HUGE jeans girl.. I LOVE THEM.. expecially with great heals or boots.. but I want ones that fit better.. I have issues with the waist being to big and the thighs being too tight and it really bugs me! So I too would have a TON special made for me.
I would also get a bunch of the cute tops to go with my jeans.. right now all I have are little t-shirts. Total stay at home mom stuff.. I need to break away from my "mom look" and get more dressy!
Then I would add a nice collection of shoes and some cool coats!
