Will I lose weight by just following the workout on the video? I've done so far 5 times ( Leslie Sansone - Walk Away The Pounds 3 miles super fat burning) but I don't see any difference with my body shapes. I am trying very hard to lose the flabby abs and butt and really hope to get 6 packs abs. The FIRM workout on the other hand is hard to follow, their movements are so complicated! I almost gave up on this one. And also I do watch what I eat now.
My question is : is there any other workout videos that really works and you can see the result after few workouts?

I would be a rich woman if there was a workout that you could see after just a few times doing! LOL. Give yourself at least a few weeks before some of the results are obvious. If you aren't overweight, or don't have more than 5-10 pounds to lose, you may notice your biceps (the top part of your arm where you make a "muscle") will start to get definition and get a little firmer. Keep in mind that although you may not see it with your eye, each workout is getting you that much closer to having the tone and definition you want. Each person with a great physique started out with that first workout. The Firm tapes are excellent for working out. They may be difficult at first, but after a while, you will be a pro!
As for the weight loss using these tapes, it all goes back to burning more calories than your body utilizes. If you are adhering to a good eating program, then YES you will lose weight. However, if you are eating Big Macs and fries for every meal, I'd dare say you won't be losing any weight, and may actually gain, unless you have a very fast metabolism.
It's okay to be excited about your workouts and inquisitive about your weight loss and toning goals,so please don't apologize! I'm excited for you. I started out the same way many years ago and, unfortunately, didn't have many people--especially females--to answer my questions. So ask as many questions as you want! It's what I am here for. :)
