Chimin in here..Lara is definitely a sweet person! I will have to read more of your tips on dieting/health etc..I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought Whole Grain breads & cereal as oppossed to the processed garbage..I know I have lost weight but I can't weigh myself!!! UGH! My neighbor came over to weigh herself and she literally broke my scale..The darn needle won't move past 220..Lord! Was she embarrassed..I didn't know whether to laugh or hide. :D
