ok i did 11 miles today in 30 minutes. i aimed for 12 but it was close. lol
i didn't do weights i felt the need to push more on the bike. i then walked a mile on the treadmilll to cool off. i am getting good work outs. but here is the thing. like i mentioned in my last email i want to start training again. i have to aim for 20 miles. talking about pacing. in between like short bursts of going fast then slowing down. is this correct? or should i be energetic the whole way. i pass the point of no return when i hit 3 miles. i then feel myself adjusting.
i just don't know why i am burning out so quickly. i feel like i ran a marathon when i am done.
how long do you think it will take to reach 20 miles? do you think i should pace or go for it? i have to be able to keep up and do the cycling consistently. so i don't know. i trained before but that was in my teens. it's not the same, and i don't remember half the time. lol
