Debs, maybe try slowing your pace to work on your endurance.Try doing 1 minute at a moderate pace and then sprint 1 minute and then back down- I would try a few 2-3 sets of these and then slow your pace to moderate for the rest of how long you planned to work out. Every day or so add another set of sprints in. Hope all that made sense, I'm so bad at expressing my meaning in print :p

i have been doing that. actually that's part of training good girl for knowing. i think its because i am going to soon after my shake. i should wait a bit longer for it to really kick in. i could have pushed 13 miles out but that's just stupid. i want to be able to keep a pace. once i can easily do 15 miles without a sweat then i know i can go for more. like i have been doing 5 miles for a month, then i worked up to 10 miles for a few weeks now i am working up to 15 miles. my husband gets on there and poops out at 2 miles. most people do at a high setting. but that's how you build the muscle in consistently. i need more agility, i have stamina it's just i am not even warmed up until i hit 5 miles. i need to knock it down a notch then i will be able to do 15 miles no problem and then start increasing the settings as i go over the next few weeks. yes, thanks. i think i will do that. lol duh it just hit me. dunce. see what happens when you throw things away. lol lol
