What's a good product to shrink pores?

Lately my pores seem to be getting larger and more visible. I'm hoping to get some advice on what creams will help shrink pores/minimize their appearance. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I hear that Clinique's pore minimizer works well, but I have not tried it yet myself. I have friends who swear by it, however. ;)
