Now that it's the memorial day weekend, are any of you shopping for new summer clothes?

Happy Memorial Days weekend, everyone! :)

I am definitely going to try. I need cargo shorts, boy style. The girly shorts aren't very flattering on me. Too much thigh. ><;; And lots of spaghetti straps! :]

we have a lot going on in Pensacola this weekend even though there's not much beach space, or should I say especially since there's not much. The hurricane really screwed with the business on the beach and there isn't much allowed beach access. We drove out there Saturday so Connor could have his first beach visit and it was awful. We drove out there for nothing....literally and figuratively. So, we have all our regular Memorial Day partying this weekend plus there's the huge gay pride parades that Pensacola has every memorial day. Davis would have a field day! They are out in all their glory for the whole weekend. It's a HUGE tourist attraction. So, no mall shopping for me. It'll be too crowded and the streets too congested. Maybe we'll take a day trip to Destin if the beach is open there, plus see if my favorite MA is at that mac store for the day (she finally got her own store, which is good news, but it's an hour away, so that's bad news), or to Orange Beach which is surprisingly open.

I'm still for the most part saving up for our trip to Maryland. Only 3 more weeks! I've gotta get exercising. LOL!! I want to be able to buy smaller clothing!

I already started today! I went to the Fashion District in downtown L.A. and found some cute sundresses and summery skirts.

Well it's not Memorial Day here in Korea, but I did go shopping with my friend for her wedding dress. She's having a very small, very casual wedding in June and wants a dress that's not a wedding gown but still "special." She's not much into clothes and makeup and stuff, so she brings me along to help. :D
