My endurance has been crappy ever since we started taking tests on it in elementary school. I'm tired of always being in the last group to finish runs in PE, lol. I heard running helps heal your complexion too. I walk a ton just because I like to, but it doesn't seem to help. So now I'm taking up jogging, or at least trying. I've had problems with overdoing my excersizing in the past, and I'm kind of scared of it happening again. What is a good way to increase your endurance in a good moderation?

you can only do what you can do. don't strive for time strive for endurance. start off small and work your way up.
like my cycling. i started off with 5miles, then 7, then 10, then 12, then 16, and i am still climbing. this took me about 2 months or more.
don't try beating a record time, just go for a light moderation until you get better at it. like now i try to beat my time next time because i have the endurance. don't try to race keep a steady pace and you'll get there. :)
good luck

My mom and me always use to do this excercise, where you walk straight for a minute, run as fast as you can for a minute, or something like that. It might have been 3 mintues walking, then one running, but you could slowly build up and I'm pretty sure you could endure more by doing that.
I'm was like you till - till in grade 8 I discovered the joys of long distance running haha.

It sounds like you have the right idea. Here is a guide that can help you get your endurance up for running. :) Runners Guide (http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:c39AR8-n62YJ:www.runningplanet.com/articles/article_detail.asp%3Farticle_id%3D340+beginning+ru nning&hl=en&start=4)
